The name “Victoria Shi” is a combination of the English word “victory” and the Ukrainian term for artificial intelligence, reflecting the spokesperson’s purpose of providing information on the ongoing conflict. Created by a group called The Game Changers, Victoria Shi aims to allow real diplomats to focus on other tasks of providing assistance to citizens.
