Man Accused of Holding Woman Captive and Inflicting Torture Faces Bulldozer Justice

Authorities in Madhya Pradesh’s Guna are poised to take action on a residence linked to a man accused of heinous crimes against a woman, officials have confirmed. The suspect, identified as Ayan Pathan, allegedly subjected the woman to captivity, sexual exploitation, and brutal torture, according to police reports. Pathan purportedly coerced the victim into transferring property to him under the guise of a relationship, which was originally owned by the woman’s mother.

Upon her refusal, Pathan reportedly resorted to physical violence and sexual abuse. A recent incident saw him allegedly assaulting the woman to the extent that she began screaming. In a bid to silence her, he reportedly resorted to extreme measures, including the application of chilli powder to her mouth and pouring instant glue, Fevikwik, onto her lips.

Local authorities, in response, arrived at Pathan’s residence with a bulldozer and affixed a notice of demolition. Following the assault, the victim was admitted to a hospital in Gwalior, from where she was subsequently referred to Delhi. Her injuries were severe, with her face swollen and bruised, and her eyes nearly shut due to swelling.

Police revisit crime scene to gather evidence

Upon Pathan’s arrest, police officers revisited the scene of the crime and recovered incriminating evidence, including a belt allegedly used in the assault, a tube of Fevikwik, and a plastic pipe. Pathan and his brother are reported to work as laborers, with Pathan also allegedly involved in drug consumption. According to neighbors, Pathan was known for his confrontational behavior, instilling fear among residents. Police have indicated that they have amassed additional evidence and have filed charges, including rape.
