Man Arrested for Terrifying Sex Attack in the Bronx, Caught on Video

The Bronx was shaken by a terrifying sex attack that took place in the early hours of May 1st, where a man used his belt to lasso a woman from behind, drag her to the ground, and sexually assault her between two cars. The alleged attacker, 39-year-old Kashaan Parks, was arrested by police in the same borough early Saturday morning.
