The research, conducted by Yoga therapist Parameshwar Some, revealed that a one-hour Yoga regimen can help patients manage their symptoms and improve their overall quality of life.

The regimen includes a combination of strengthening and loosening exercises, poses, and breathing exercises. These practices were specifically selected to address the various symptoms of Parkinson’s disease, such as balancing issues, motor coordination, mobility, anxiety, and depression.
