In 2022, Robin Holiday sold his shares in CLF to the employees in the form of an Employee-Owned Trust (EOT). This move has empowered all employees to have a voice in the running of the company and has led to many improvements in the business. The EOT also introduced a monthly profit share for each member of staff, allowing every employee to contribute to the success of CLF.
